Perishables ship Monday–Wednesday via 2-day or overnight carriers with cold packs. Non-perishables (jerky, pickles, merch) ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Rates calculated at checkout otherwise.
Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days. We don't ship internationally yet.
Perishable food items are non-returnable for safety reasons. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@meatthebigcheese.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Merch (tees, hats) can be returned unworn within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
If a perishable shipment is delayed beyond its guaranteed window, we'll replace it. Reach out and we'll get on it the same day.
